Industry : Paints, Wood Finishes, Cement, Laminates, Ply, FMCG etc.

Job Responsibilities :

Field Marketing Modules & Budgets :

- Ensure implementation of all market development modules in coordination with RM/BM

- Implementation of corrective actions in persistent exception territories / products as per HO plan & in consultation with Category Team

- Provide insights on the effectiveness of current field marketing modules

- Ensure monthly tracking of spends vs. budget with executive summary on insights & feedback

Engage end users & Influencers :

- Implement training programs for skill development of Contractors, Carpenters, Interior Designers, etc...

- Implementation of training programs for channel partners as per plan.

- Direct responsibility of ensuring proper implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.

- Ensure implementation of Influencer connect program as per the plan given by HO

Pre-Launch and Launch Activities and review :

- Ensuring pre-launch promotional activities or trade shows as per the module guidelines in conjunction with Category team

- Provide inputs on - Post Launch Activities/ marketing strategy to Category team

- Co-ordinate with external promotion agency & the Category team on implementation, progress & review on establishing marketing objectives for the product

- Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO

- Ensure implementation of launch / re-launch plans as per the guidelines provided by HO

Market Feedback & Insights :

- Responsible for providing timely & meaningful feedbacks on various initiatives

- Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the - Market Insight Calendar- provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines.

Process Management :

- Ensure induction for new joinees in BDE roles as per the Induction Module.

- Conduct reviews of BDEs, track performances against identified key indicators for the month in periodic reviews. Provide timely inputs & MIS to HO & ensure corrective measures in consultation with RSM & wetted by HO,

- Provide guidance, support & on the job training as per the training needs of the BDEs in enabling him to achieve his initiatives.

- Drive BDE Score Card

Loyalty Program Management :

- Provide inputs on decided norms / parameters for the generation of database of users/influencers in Retail Business

- Ensure implementation of FCC in the region in coordination with HO

Key Specification :

- MBA/PGDM, with min 6 years of Sales and Marketing experience

- Should have Sales experience, Product Management experience

- Relevant work experience in the specified markets is preferred

- Experience in handling Demand Generation activities with End Users will be an advantage.

Required Skills :

- Good Analytical and reporting skills

- Good in collaboration and team work

- High in Conceptual ability and excellence in execution

- Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill

- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team members

- Good at Systems and Processes
