Experience : Between 8-15 Years
- They will provide leadership, management, direction and support to the KAMs/KAEs/KAOs, Roff Champions & MEP Champions at a local level.
- They are responsible for the Sales/Margin/Receivables for their Area.
- They are also responsible for managing the Channel Partners in their Area.
- They shall also be responsible for providing all the necessary resources & support (Marketing, Product, Technical, Supplies, Application etc to the KAMs/KAEs/KAOs in their areas). They will drive the required routines, processes and reviews in their Area.
Their Key Deliverables will be :
- Total Sales from their Area, Margin Realization, Product Mix, Business from New Accounts, Channel Partner/Authorized Contractor Satisfaction Index, Receivables, Order Pipeline in Hand for next Year.
- Candidates Preferred from Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing & Roofing, Building Material
