Looking for HR professionals having experience in Performance Management Systems. A brief of the role is as follows:
- Responsible for PMS in the organization (domestic and international locations).
- Assist in formulation of a PMS Calender with inputs Conceptualize in communicating the PMS calendar in the organization, contribute to culture building initiatives through PMS
- Create a mechanism to assist Business HR Partners to facilitate PMS in their respective Business Units
- Monitor compliance of Goal Setting
