Job Description Main Purpose: - Support Brand Manager, Pepsi by providing strong activation support around key campaigns and leveraging aspirational brand assets and platforms. Support Innovations on brand Pepsi. - Support Regional Category Innovation Lead, Beverages in developing & executing the Aquafina Strategy and innovation calendar Accountabilities: - Activate to support brand ambition to make Pepsi the most loved Cola trademark in India, partnering with Marketing Manager (Equity) on Pepsi - Assist identified key campaigns with 360 activations of scale through non-media interventions, and by leveraging PepsiCo investments in YHOs/Cinemas / QSRs - Independent responsibility for building activation through youth platforms such as campus, music, football, cricket - Lead activation of channels through specific programs to unlock for brand volumes. This role will additionally support in : - Lead Aquafina hydration category on both equity and activation. - Lead stage-gate process for the whole of Aquafina and variant brands - Ensure successful development & launch of innovation projects in India, as identified in SBP including global innovation projects, and projects laid out in the BCG Charter - Translate SBP project vision to feasible AOP deliverables - Lead cross-functional development, project management & commercialization from insights to in-market for identified SBP / AOP projects - Ensure alignment with relevant category brand marketing leads for launch within relevant brand guard-rails Qualifications/Requirements : - Tier 1 MBA graduate with 6-8 years overall experience in sales/marketing of an FMCG segment. - Preferably 3-4 years of experience in sales and 2-3 years of experience in marketing. - 2-3 years of Brand marketing knowledge, & activation expertise - Strong influencing skills to push activation agenda on-ground, and push Pepsi agenda with platform partners - Attention to detail & strong project management skills - Strong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teams This role will additionally require : - Lead the Aquafina brand on equity as well. - Expertise in driving an innovation agenda, including within a relevant category - Strong collaboration skills to partner with global and regional leaders - Ability to lead a cross-functional team of senior leaders to aligned strategic priorities, requirements, and trade-offs - Program / Project management experience Contact - PepsiCo The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
