Location : Palakkad  Exp required : 4-10 years in Supply chain logistics.  Qualification : MBA in supply chain.  Accountability :  Accountabilities ( in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures)  Key Responsibilities :  Business Agenda :  - Order Service Time  - Zero SKUD at Unit  - Financial controls on Inventory  - Quality controls on GMP  - Safety within the warehouse  - Ensuring that unloading and dispatch is properly done  - Planning related to freight e.g., which case to be sent to which distributor  - Driving Productivity initiatives within unit and ensure process adherence.  - Ensuring that the lines work properly  - Ensuring that the material quality is good so that the material sent to the market is in no way flawed  - Inventory management for the warehouse  - Managing the labor, transporters etc to ensure smooth flow of the processes  - Managing company executives in terms of handling of their queries etc.  - Responsibility for RM/PM, FG, C&C and G&A items - Receiving, unloading safely as per the PepsiCo protocol after ensuring quality testing through quality function and issuing properly as per the plan to manufacturing and other functions.  - Responsibility of managing key inventories of FG, C&C, G&A and RM/PM on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and sometime on urgent basis due to sudden change in the plan/ breakdown.  - Responsibility for expire inventories in the plant or sending these to other needed plant if required.  - Responsibility of engaging with 3rd party and Plant Accountant for the physical verification of RM/PM and other company assets while following the SOPs.  - Responsibility for reconciliation between gate entry and GRNs made in the plant and signed off with Plant Accountant for control point of view.  - Responsibility for reconciliations between issue slips and SAP confirmations on time to ensure 100% ODS scores for store point of view.  - Responsibility for excise capturing for all the excisable products goods receipts and timely update to the Plant Accountant  - Responsibility for tracking Plant Waste and disposal of scraps on time to time basis.  - Drive TPM Edge, M&W and GCS for sustaining the productivity and control compliances in the plant in respective area.  - Drive all the quality audits like QAS, AIB, ISO and Schedule 4 of FSSAI in your respective area.  People Agenda :  - Ensuring the growth and development of the people reporting to this position via learning activities and training  - Providing a healthy environment that encourages empowerment and diversity  - Develop teams through E learning module and ensure process adherence  Key Skills & Experience Required :  Experience and Qualification :  - 4-5 year of Warehousing and Logistics experience, at least Graduation or 3-4 year MBA in Supply Chain Management.   Skills And Behavioral Attributes :  - Hands on Logistics Knowledge.   - Skills of negotiation and vendor development.   - Ability to create inclusive culture, Motivate and inspire a Large team of Executives, operators and contracted manpower  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills  - Creates effective and sustainable long-term strategies  - Demonstrates a broad perspective when solving problems and making decisions  - Looks ahead to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles  - Supports reasonable risk taking and allows for some failures along the way   - Plans ahead and articulates the organisational vision and resource requirements needed to deliver results for the future  - Demonstrates the courage and conviction needed to drive large scale change initiatives  Career is the sum of your choices!  PepsiCo is a place where you take charge of your career, we only point you in the right direction.
