<p>Industry - FMCG<br><br>Job Type - Permanent <br><br>&nbsp;Description - Scope:<br> <br>- Support the delivery of COE generated solutions - Culture, Change, Diversity &amp; Engagement, Talent Assessment/ Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, etc<br><br><div> <p>- Partner with Local HR to ensure effective implementation of interventions in respective function</p><div><br></div><p>- Escalate issues to Manager and ensure quick resolution</p> <br>POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:</div><div><p><br></p>- Deliver COE initiatives &amp; tools on Culture, Change, D&amp;E, Talent Assessment/ Development, Performance Management, TR,etc<br><br></div><div> <p>- Own end-to-end delivery of COE-driven work, leveraging COE tools/ templates in respective function</p><div><br></div><p>- Contract with Manager and LHRs to support interventions across respective function</p><div><br></div><p>- Responsible for flawless deployment of various surveys, R&amp;R, etc</p><div><br></div><p>- Facilitate sessions with LHRs/ Managers/ Employees on various interventions</p><div><br></div><p>- Partner with LHRs in smooth execution of end-to-end PMP Cycle</p><div><br></div><p>- Support LHRs to execute PPP/ Talent Planning discussions and ensure effective follow up on action plans</p><div><br></div><p>- Partner with Training Admin staff to ensure high quality execution of process and programs</p><div><br></div><p>- Collaborate with counterparts in other functions to ensure common solutions deployment with local relevance</p><div><br></div><p>- Support the training life-cycle, including needs analysis, training development &amp; delivery, evaluation of training programs and tools</p><div><br></div><p>- Support TR team in C&amp;B database management on all HR/ comp tools &amp; systems, and effective communication to employees in the respective function</p><div><br></div><p>- Be aware of the local pulse and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders for appropriate actions</p><div><br></div><p>- Assess the effectiveness of interventions at the frontline and provide feedback and recommendations to resolve issues</p> <br>- MBA from premiere business school with 4+ years of experience in HR<br><br> Contact - PepsiCo&nbsp;<br><br> The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
