Location : Roha Plant  Main Purpose  This role would be primarily involved in the following activities :  - Involvement in MIS reporting to BU and support filing of Central Excise returns  - Provide commercial support on vendor finalisation and related vendor management activities  - Provide support for Month end closure activities.  - Ensuring P&L health of Plant i.e. costs (within AOP as well as on-going productivity / effectiveness)  - Ensuring Balance sheet health of Plant i.e. Debtors, Stocks, Banking, Plant processes  - Ensuring process compliance & controls in Plants and Agro for I2C, Agro and P2P process (SOX & internal control) through commercial, physical, statutory & SOX audits at Plant, 3P and field  - Provide Business support to Plant head through high level MIS & Analytics to drive effectiveness  - Provide Customer support to External customers (Vendors) & internal customers (Plant Team) through coordinating actions on claims process improvement, claims clearance etc.  - Lead the Plant's MWB through support and superior analytics and drive the SAMNA agenda  - Develop own team through feedback, coaching, guidance & providing visibility of their work to HO  Key Accountabilities :  - Financial Reporting - Month End Close Process  - Provide support for Month end closure activities related to Sri City plant project  - Error free monthly closing through review of all stock adjustments, cost vs. financials and sub GL to GL differences; Review key aspects as above with AM, Commercial  - Drive completion of Monthly COC Analysis vs. Plan  - Management Reporting - Monthly Performance Management Reviews  - Support in the periodic reviews of CWIP, Balance sheet and Controls checklist  - Perform MIS reporting to BU with various cost trackers  - Ensure Balance Sheet Review with and timely highlighting of any balance sheet risks to ensure timely provisioning at HO  - Build monthly, weekly, daily MIS Trackers / Robust database and ensure regular updation  - Audit & Compliance - Audits  - Ensure SOX Compliance for I2C and anchor all other internal and external audits  - Yearly Fixed Asset review  - Audit & Compliance - Statutory Compliance  - Ensure all statutory compliances wrt Sales Tax Returns, Excise, Service Tax, TDS, WCT etc. and ensure good working relationship with key Govt. officials  - Audit & Compliance - Process  - Ensure stock controls in RM/PM/FG and 3P, along with process controls  - Drive Commercial Controls  - Business Partnering & Support - Operations/Back-end Support  - Conduct reviews of site start-up activities compliance and stores controls  - File Central Excise returns at periodic intervals  - Provide commercial support on vendor finalization and related vendor management activities  - Review of outsourcing arrangements and evaluation of costs  - Business Partnering and Support - Productivity Council  - Drive cost reduction / productivity projects and support the project teams through financial analysis
