HRD for India Region Supply Chain ( Foods+ Beverages + PO1 HQ SC ) with headcount of approx. 3100  As HR leader for Supply Chain, bring HR expertise to the management of the business  Lead the development and execution of HR/ ELR strategy for Foods and Beverages SC  Key role in leading and anchoring labour relations at all Foods and Beverages Plants to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the year  Accountable for bench strength & organizational health of Supply Chain operations  Support Plant Managers and Local HRMs in driving sustainable ER climate. Play the role of coach, ensuring consistency and quality of execution of ER initiatives across all Plants  Key Accountabilities:  Architect and champion of Human Capital/ ELR Strategy for entire Foods & Beverages SC  Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance by ensuring that HR/ ELR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results  Coach business leaders and HR team members to deliver productive and cost-effective wage settlements  Ensure a disruption-free ER environment and cordial relationships between management and workmen at all Plants  Perform organization diagnoses (including ER situation), prioritize and deliver appropriate solutions  Monitor & maximize employee productivity and efficiency  Devise ways to improve Employee Welfare, Safety & Security  Build strong relationships, both internally & externally  Identify risks to the delivery of the business strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it  Build capability of HR team to deliver effective business results
