We have an urgent requirement for Financials Business Process and Systems Manager with over 7 years of Experience.   Basic Requirement:   - 7 or more years of PeopleSoft functional experience with 5 or more year in PeopleSoft financials   - 5 or more years of related finance or technology experience with increasing levels of responsibility   - At least 3 or more years of management experience, preferably in a finance environment   Job Responsibilities:   Department administration and management -   - Accountable for the delivery and quality of the finance applications   - Evaluate and determine system and process options for meeting business requirements   - Analyze workflow and systems to make recommendations for implementing improvements   - Develop and document requirements for enhancements and/or end-user deliverables from an Operations and Accounting perspective.   - Provide oversight and approval on all system change requests   - Shares best practices with partners and peer groups   - Drives continuous improvement programs across area of responsibility   - Applies mentoring and coaching skills to motivate and guide employee development and encourages employees to stretch and expand their capabilities   - Manages staff including coaching, employee administration, hiring and disciplinary actions   - Advises staff to meet deliverables and/or assists with the resolution of technical problems   Project planning and management :   - Plan, create, and review project proposals, project plans, resources and cost benefit analyses   - Manage multi-departmental, multi-site projects varying in size, scale and complexity (DR, Bus. Continuity, System Patch Analysis, etc)   - Guide and coach project team members to assure timely completion of project   - Evaluate success of enhancements, upgrades, or implementation and determine follow up actions if necessary to assure timely completion of project tasks   System enhancement and implementation :   - Analyze and review business/system requirements from business owners and subject matter experts   - Evaluate/propose/design/acquire systems and applications for meeting business needs   - Recommend solutions to business and system problems   - Review data analysis for system conversions   - Review functional and report specifications for systems, applications and other deliverables   - Coordinate/communicate system deliverable needs to Project Managers and/or Systems Administrators   - Coordinate user acceptance testing for new systems and/or enhancements for existing systems   - Review and maintain clear testing documentation for audit trail and reference for future projects   - Track and ensure resolution of issues with users and project team   This position is with one of the Top Global Investment Management Company based at Hyderabad, India.   If this job description is of your interest, forward your updated resume and one of our recruitment panel will get in touch with you.
