Should be an expert in one of the skills and remaining skills he can be proficient.

Role Roles and Responsibility

Leads Human Capital consultancy assignments in a specialist area / holds responsibility for the Human Capital module of a larger engagement. Has accountability for delivery of Human Capital consulting engagements / modules under her / his charge, ensuring that all required services are provided according to agreed service levels for the client, maintaining the brand value and reputation

- To manage consulting projects, achieving high impact on client organizational effectiveness

- To design, develop, deliver and assist with implementation of Human Capital advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice

- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing

- To provide advisory services to clients following the principles of client management and delivery standards

- To develop Company points of view / intellectual property reflecting the company’s accumulated experience in the Human Capital field

- To actively engage in thought leadership work, enable creation of tools, techniques, methods and processes

- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards

- To lead proposal development for client engagements

- Manage budgets / task budgets if requested

- To provide consistent world class deliverables in every engagement with a client

- To ensure adherence to QPR processes of the firm
