Dy Manager/Manager - Corporate Finance for Cement Manufacturing Company  Eligibility:   - MBA (Finance) from a B School of repute   - Min 2 years of relevant work experience  - Experience in the manufacturing sector is desirable.   Roles and Responsibility:   - Preparation of Financial Models and future estimates for new projects  - Capital Budgeting & Budget Forecasting  - Assisting in fund raising activity for business expansion and acquisition financing  - Generate investment ideas, including performing analyses to support investment thesis and assess upside / downside scenarios  - Ability to conduct Fundamental research using various valuation approaches  - Interact with senior management and industry experts to support views and generate ideas  - Cost estimation for new Project/product and cost analysis   - Analysis and providing suggestion for cost reduction  - Preparation of various Variance Analysis reports   Desired Skill sets:   - Ability To conduct In-depth analysis & develop successful investment ideas  - Exceptional communication skills - oral, written  - Strong business acumen, should be very good in business finance and marketing functions, should have eye for details  - Performing fundamental analysis to support and validate investment thesis, including travelling to conduct due diligence, interfacing with top management, analyzing financial statements and industry press, and collecting distinctive information  - Ability to function independently, while contributing to a team process.
