Designation- Business Manager, Compulsive Business  He/She will be responsible for Product Development, Sales, Operations and manage end - end for one Business line under Non Ecommerce Vertical.  Responsibilities-   - The individual will be responsible for sourcing all APIs. Some of these APIs will come directly and some will come through other aggregators who have cracked this piece with the merchant.   - Selling this suite of APIs to the bank.  - He would be responsible for building & maintaining market share   - Experience of consumer research and using this to drive the implementation of the product  - He would manage various projects including sales strategies & mapping completion & market.  - Experience briefing and working with Banks to ensure activities are on brand/product  - He would be responsible for profitability of the category  - Lead a team, manage it and at the same time be a great individual contributor  - Experience in payment is great. Experience in handling B2B accounts (related to compulsive field) and team handling is necessary.  Knowledge and Skills   - Good analytical skills   - Good knowledge of different channels for different audiences   - Numerate and able to manage budgets (income and expenditure) and to analyse financial data   - Demonstrable negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation and diplomacy skills   - Demonstrable ability to motivate self and staff across the organisation and secure the co-operation and involvement of key internal and external stakeholders   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident at responding directly to individuals queries   General Attributes   - Ability to work to and meet firm deadlines   - Ability to work in a team and on own initiative   - A flexible approach to work   - Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside the Society   - A team leader, able to inspire others
