Job Description :   - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly-consolidated financial results.  - Supervise the corporate monthly closing process including the review and approval of journal entries prepared by the corporate accounting staff  - Review Corporate general ledger account analyses and reconciliations  - Participate in the review and preparation of quarterly and year-end audit work papers  - Supervise the monthly corporate consolidation process using period Enterprise software  - Review month consolidated financial reporting package including the statements of individual business units. Gain an understanding of significant or unusual variances and provide explanations to corporate Senior Management  - Work with External business units to ensure proper accounting for non-recurring transactions  - Ability to analyze and recognize issues and bring them to management  - Participate in the quarterly financial review with external auditors  - Reviews, compilation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.  Skill Set :  - Accounting Degree required - CA  - 3-5+ years related experience  - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written  - Ability to work independently  - Detail oriented and analytical  - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities  - Microsoft Excel and Word Proficient  - Reasonable and predictable attendance
