Paytm - Assistant Manager - Legal - Contracts & Agreements

- Draft and review legal contracts and agreements involving the organization & providing legal opinion on legal content of contracts before formalization to ensure their legal validity

- Experience of handling corporate laws, contract negotiation etc.

- Should be proficient in drafting all kinds of Deeds, Notices, Agreements, etc. Should be able to research and provide views on the legal matters,

- Post Graduate / Graduate in Law - BL / LLB with 4+ years of Industry experience Candidate with rich & diverse experience in reputed organizations will have an edge.

- Candidates from Banking industry preferred.

Salary Offered: 4 - 12 LPA
