The company was started in 2015 and is backed by leading VC's.  Brief about Responsibilities:  - Driving all digital marketing campaigns (display, performance, content) and driving RoI for these. Running multi- channel customer acquisition, analytics, engagement, and retention.  - Find and grow new acquisition marketing opportunities, that are not currently being developed or are underdeveloped, through multiple online and affiliate marketing channels.  - Analyze campaign and channel results to determine the most effective allocation of marketing dollars to drive revenue and profit.  - Implement app store optimization (ASO) strategies to increase downloads and usage of mobile apps.  - Conduct A/B testing on positioning and brand.  Qualifications  - Maximum 4 years of online marketing experience, including experience in creating, launching, and measuring direct response online marketing campaigns with search engines, affiliates, social networks and web marketing partners.  - Recent experience tactically running campaigns on AdWords and Facebook other online marketing tools.  - Multi-channel exposure in client acquisition from channels like Organic, Social, Paid, etc.  - High Energy and keen sense of ownership  - Be a team player and think of the whole business and not just own function  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
