Opportunity for Payroll Administrator-Finance - 3-4 yaers - Guragon

Position- Payroll Administrator

Location - Gurgaon

Experience : 3-4 Years

Qualification : MBA/CA

Note-Person should have 60% or above in his/her academics

Functional

- 4+ years of mandate experience in Payroll-domestic (International Payroll is a good to have)

- Sound knowledge of PF and TDS process

- Understand General accounting accounts payments/account receivable - Experience in Payroll audit and upload payroll JV in Oracle

- Exposure in Process documentations and implementation is a good to have

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as the SPOC for both Domestic as well as International Payroll

- Responsible for Vendor Management (Payroll) at different locations to ensure timely and quality payouts are happening at all locations

- Handle month end reconciliation of payroll and prepare monthly payroll provisions

- Responsible for payroll accounting(cost center wise) and upload payroll JV in Oracle environment

- Responsible for ensuring payroll related queries of employees are resolved in time

- Prepare the audit schedules and getting the audit done - Ensure the basic hygiene of deployed products

Salary Offered: 9 - 10 LPA
