Opening in Leading MNC Bank for Payment-OFAC role

- Monitoring and Approving Cross Border payments & Receipts as per Regulatory guidelines and Bank Policy

- Monitoring and Approving Etax payments

- Regulatory Reporting

- Monitoring Query resolution within TAT and escalation of complaints.

- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc

- Essential :

- Post Graduate with 5-6 years Experience OR MBA with 3-4 years experience in Banking Operations, preferably in a Payment Operations and with good academic record

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to manage volumes with accuracy against stiff deadlines

- Excellent Customer Service and Inter-personal skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
