The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing the market reach and helping to establish the brand - Payjo- as a national and global leader.

This is a broad ranging role, and as part of a small business, you will have a wide range of responsibilities across the whole marketing spectrum.

Key areas of involvement will include brand and PR management, event management, developing and overseeing the creative content strategy and implementation, social media, promotional campaigns, Digital marketing and website optimization.

Whilst you will have the support of external agencies, this will be a hands-on role where you will have the ability to use your creative skills as well as strategic marketing ability. The role requires a passionate, ambitious individual with a drive for success.

Skills Required

- Experience in US Market.

- A minimum of 5 years- experience in developing and executing awesome marketing strategy.

- Should have good experience in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns, and nurturing existing leads.

- Comprehensive knowledge of how to implement and run campaigns (including delivery and execution).

- Ability to understand and develop marketing/brand strategies and write briefs.

- Creating social outreach initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence across the digital and social communities.

- Conceptualize, plan, budget, and execute events that integrate into corporate marketing goals and contribute directly to sales pipeline success. Events include customer events, seminars, internal meetings, partner events, etc.

- Research, select, negotiate, and manage external vendors.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and take initiative and work independently.

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
