This requirement demands candidates who have good experience in Campaign Management & execution.   - Candidates from agencies / corporate experience who have good knowledge on B2C communication and direct marketing campaigns are preferred.  Key Responsibilities:  Campaign management, customer engagement, partner engagement, engagement strategy and execution. Role requires 40% strategy and 60% execution orientation.  - Network campaigns (fully)  - LCM campaigns (partly)  - Partner campaigns (select partners)  - Campaign operations (bonus points, campaign analysis)  - Program KPI tracking  - All marketing reporting  - Presentation to management, leadership  - BTL initiatives / on ground activation  - Planning, scheduling, creating and executing campaigns for program overall and individual partners. Campaign review, analysis, agency management. Campaign process management and handling key customer issues.  - Campaign operations SLA management, interact on customer issues with customer service and resolve process related issues. (bonus points SLA, campaign analysis reporting and regular reviews)  - Project management of key campaigns and program initiatives. Working with delivery teams and cross functional stakeholders to ensure results.  Kindly note the position is based out of Bangalore, however candidates should be flexible to relocate to other business locations.
