They partner with the global in-house IP teams of large conglomerates to develop and manage their patent portfolios. The company has close to 250 member team of patent engineers, scientists and paralegals who are led and mentored by seasoned US patent attorneys and IP business leaders.  - The company is expanding its deep-tech expertise and is preparing for a new office base in Bangalore. Bangalore expert center aims to hire highly deep-tech experienced patent engineers having worked in IP law firms, in-house IP teams or IP firms performing patent portfolio development and prosecution management tasks.  Desired Experience & Qualification :  - B.Tech/M.Tech or M.Sc/PhD. from a reputed technical institute in the fields of Electronics, Computer Science, Polymer Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and Food Technology.  - Experience in prosecution of patent applications for US and European jurisdictions ONLY.  - We have multiple roles for patent engineers with portfolio development and prosecution management experience ranging from minimum 3 years to 12 years.  - The selected candidates will be positioned as per the expertise and experience.  Work profile :  Candidate is expected to perform high value patent portfolio development work focused on the following :  - Review office actions from USPTO and EPO and analyze the rejections and objections.  - Prepare technical arguments and/or amendments to claims to overcome the rejections and objections.  - Draft office action response as per the requirements in various jurisdictions.  - Perform other patent portfolio development projects such as drafting patent specification, claims review and analysis, invention disclosure review etc.  - Support other patent related projects as required.
