A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Partnership Portfolio Management:  - Centrally manage the product performance metrics across corporate partnerships including Banks (primarily), Brokers and Corporate Agents  - Identify new areas of distribution within partner system and exploring avenues to drive higher revenue with profitability  Keep looking for opportunities for attachment as well as cross-sell within partner system  - Constant review with partnerships and meetings to ensure smooth sales process and launch of new revenue streams  New Product and Partnership Launch:  - Launch of new products across distribution channels/partnerships, supervising necessary process and technology integration etc.  - Providing inputs and approving product communication, brochures, pitch, USPs, positioning, marketing and allied activities for product promotion  - Business inputs for new or customized sales process for each new product / Partnership  B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS:  - Driving revenue through sales support activities and drives measured through GWP achievements against targets  - Product profitability and margin protection through right product-process mix  - Presentation of innovative ideas for product design for partnerships and their launch measured through additional revenue from such product ideas  - Strengthening of weak areas in distribution across channels and geographies through increased productivity per head  C. Qualification / Experience:  - Post Graduate in Management  - 5-10 years of experience, preferably in insurance industry in business processes and product development  - Efficient in use of data analytics  Preferred profile:  - Handled partnerships in insurance companies or insurance divisions in Banks
