Exp:  1. Hands on in company law, FEMA, FDI, SEBI and RBI regulations, Competition law.  2. Deep understanding of at least 2 areas of corporate practice   3. Should have handled large or medium sized transactions- worked on joint ventures, M&A, private equity, due diligence, agreements.  4. Drafting and negotiating of agreements   5. Draft a due diligence reports  6. Up to date knowledge of current case law on corporate   Other skills :  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.  3. Good networking with peers, clients   4. Ability to deal with clients and potential clients independently  5. Managing and oversight of a team of young lawyers, training and working with them  6. Analytical ability  Qualifications and experience:   A Full Time Law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record
