Partner/Head - Mergers & Acquisitions

We are hiring for a Partner or Head- Mergers & Acquisitions for one of our clients based out at Delhi.

Vacancy Position : VP/ SVP / Head M&A

Role Description Product Knowledge :

- Thorough knowledge of mergers and acquisition

Technical Aspects :

- Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment

- Evaluation of business model

- Preparation of valuation, projections and project reports

- To handle the entire gamut of pre and post merger activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with both the parties

- To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines

Client Handling :

- Interact with clients to coordinate for requirement assimilation and data collection for completion of various reports

- Handle financial and other queries

Candidate Profile :

Work Experience :

- Candidate should have worked for 6-12 years on M&A desk.

- Should have handled project size 50 - 300 Crores multiple transactions

- Should have handled atleast 8 - 10 client relationships

Qualification & Soft Skills :

- Post graduate or MBA from reputed institutions

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Comfortable with people engagement and strong persuasive skills

- Analytical bent of mind with good time management, planning and coordination skills
