Job Description :
- Scaling of Corporate Restructuring practice of Due Diligence & M&A/PE
- Nurturing & retaining team.
- Building client relationships.
- Ensuring quality & risk in assignment execution & client deliverables.
- Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.
- Achieving yearly business targets agreed with the management.
- Cross marketing various other service lines with the clients.
- Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the Team.
- Promoting the brand in the market.
- Adhering to various internal policies.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&A Tax Due Diligence & deals
Requirements :
- Qualified CA (preferably 1st/ 2nd attempt)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisition, Revaluations, Due Diligence, etc.
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Good Team player with Team Managing Skills
- Looking out for candidates from Consulting/ Advisory/ Big 4/ mid size firms
