Reporting Manager : Head QA

Department - Quality

Qualification : Minimum Graduate in Material Mgt. / B.E (Mech)

Profile:

Participate in QMS meetings and present product quality issues.

Investigate reported external quality issues that are believed to be purchased part or product driven and present findings at QMS meetings.

Perform or lead root cause analysis on purchased part or product quality issues and work issue through containment phase of corrective action process.

Participate in the corrective Action.

Approve Supplier Qualification and Disqualification

Maintain supplier audit results.

Identify repeat quality issues by supplier and maintain supplier quality scorecard.

Support operations identifying process improvement opportunities

Working with the suppliers develop corrective action plans to correct any process failing and drive improvement in quality and productivity.

Assist in all supplier qualification endeavors including supplier on site audit and evaluation.

Experience : Minimum 4 Years in similar industry

Age Group : 27 to 35
