BE Civil, NICMAR PG in Construction Management and Quantity surveying/ or else experience from Tier I and II organizations  1. Formulation of GCC and SCC as per project requirement  2. Coordinate with consultants to obtain technical specifications, BOQ and tender drawings  3. Macro level checking of BOQ for accuracy  4. Evaluation & shortlisting of contractors  5. Floating of tenders  6. Conduct pre-bid meeting  7. Evaluation of tenders, identify abnormal rate items, understand the strategy adopted in the tender  8. Negotiation and finalization of contractors  9. Award of work  10. Monitor for statutory and contractual obligations  11. Administration of Contracts  12. Change order Management  13. Contract closure  14. Identify materials for in-house purchase  15. Prepare cost benefit analysis for in-house purchase vs contractual purchase  16. Preparation of procurement schedule   17. Sourcing of materials  18. Identify alternate economic materials  19. Create data bank of suppliers  20. Shortlisting of suppliers/vendor  21. Floating of tenders  22. Evaluation, negotiation and finalization of suppliers  23. Delivery follow-up  24. Certification of bill
