This includes concept formulation, feasibility study and detailed sales strategy for upcoming commercial and residential projects.  In-Depth knowledge of Home Buildings/Real Estate Market Place, Competitor Analysis, Sales Cycle, Strategic Planning ensuring an Increase in Sales & Revenue - Operational Efficiency.   Powerful Presentation to HNI clients and evaluating there requirement.  Good network of Channel Sales dealing with various segments of residential projects.  Credentials of achieving sales closure in minimal turnaround time.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by identifying, responding and providing solutions to their needs.  Counsel & provide explanation of documents and procedure to clients throughout the real-estate buying experience.  Demonstrated good managerial skills along with motivating team on how to approach a sales closure.  Inherent traits include best of people skill, patient understanding and always motivated for a sales closure.   1.
