Conserves CMD's time and promotes the corporate image by representing the CMD internally and externally; providing liaison between the CMD, key executives, Customer and employees;   Executive Assistant to the President Job Responsibilities:  - Help CMD review various business ventures, reports, publications and MIS outputs  - Prepare Minutes of Meeting follow up on them and disseminate and ensure compliance to actions arising out of MoM and setting up follow up interactions with CMD  - Prepares letters, reports, proposals, presentations, charts, graphs, forms, and memorandums from rough draft to final form   - Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the CMD.  - Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.  - Updates business knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and appraising CMD about latest developments.  - Help CMD in developing strategy in consultation senior executives for the chosen function and manage the ensuing actions.  Requirements  - A MBA with excellent understanding of finance and HR functions  - Ability to work independently with minimum instructions.  - Ability to analyse and break complex problems into smaller manageable parts, ability to multitask  - Good communication and language skills, essential a very good grip on English writing and speaking
