Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA

Responsibilities :

The Director of Human Resources is expected to head the HR department and manage the Human Resources of the company and drive its growth by hiring proficient and dedicated candidates. He or she expected to plan, manage and supervise the following :

- Recruitment

- Brand building with respect to recruitment

- Policy Creation and Management

- Appraisals

- Employee Engagement and Team Building Activities

Desired Profile of Candidates :

A focused, diligent, entrepreneurial and driven individual who is willing to completely lead and manage the Human Resources of a high growth startup (with a strength of close to 50 employees) and individually manage all the functions in the HR vertical.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
