- Should have 7+ years of experience in HR
- Hands on exp in HR Operations, Generalist role, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance, Competency Mapping, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, etc
- Excels in communication, negotiation, presentation, people management, time management & interpersonal skills
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Champions in Change Management & Conflict Management
- Should be organized and a multi takers
- Should be discrete and ethical
- Should be a decisive thinker, skilled influencer, collaborative, curious and a role model to all
- Should be well behaved and have a pleasant personality
- Should be a strategic planner and a diplomatic thinker
- Should be good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc)
- Should be confident and assertive
- An approachable and compassionate nature
