Our client, a leading FMCG company dealing with personal care products is looking for a seasoned Packaging Manager who will perform as a leader when developing new package components.  - Develop and maintain highly effective supplier relationships on domestic and global scale with the aims of driving cost efficiency, high quality products and timely deliveries for the assigned portfolio.   - Plan and manage packaging material procurement programs including vendor selection and evaluation.   - Work closely with the Product Development, Quality and Business Development teams to meet with the appropriate Packaging Material requirements which maintain the Quality and Utility of the product.   - Working on packaging bench marking and packaging material standardization.   - Oversee the on-going quality for the new and existing components and supports QA manager and factory to trouble shoot any ongoing issues.   - Working on package restructuring for cost and productivity enhancements.   - Perform on-site factory line trials if needed.  Qualification and Skills :  - Bachelors/Masters Degree or Diploma from any well known institute for Packaging  - 10-15 years of experience  - Strong technical packaging experience and good project management skills  - Previous experience in Personal Care products is preferred  - Good interpersonal skills
