Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by one of our leading ecommerce clients to source for the profile of Packaging Manager, based out of Gurgaon.  Job Opportunity: Packaging Manager, with a leading ecommerce company shipping 50,000 orders per day  Job Description  Our client is seeking a Packaging Manager to improve upon its existing process and enhance it for future scalability. Key responsibilities will include -   - Developing Packaging innovations and implement it by addressing key issues related to quality, cost, damages, manufacturing, etc.,   - Identify and negotiate with packaging vendors to ensure continuous cost optimization  - Work closely with vendors and sourcing team to redefine and streamline packaging standards  - Manage packaging inventory, ordering and re-ordering process via team members across different warehouses  - Closely monitor customer feedback/complaints and warehouse feedback/handling issues to improve upon product packaging and minimize errors  - Design packaging material keeping safety, branding, cost, and other relevant factors in mind  - Preparation of packaging materials specification and standard operating procedures related to packaging material  Educational/Professional Qualification  - Degree in packaging from a reputed institute (IIP or similar)  - 5-10 years of experience in packaging across FMCG/Retail/Automotive domains  - Experience with variety of packaging products especially corrugated boxes  Skills Required  - Detail oriented, output-driven and diligent individual  - Strong network of packaging vendors across NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore/Jodhpur  - Strong team management and negotiation skills  - Strong communication skills; fluent in English, multi-lingual is a plus  - Proactive service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a - hands-on- /- can-do- approach  - Highly passionate and motivated individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment  Should your profile match our requirements, please apply.  Team Pinnacle
