Summary of Position  - Oversee the operation of one hub which includes guest's satisfaction and repeats guest's with close coordination with GMs of a particular portfolio and also ensures P&L heads are well under the budgets.  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Responsible for enhancing the guest experience in all properties in the hub to have repeat guests.  - Continue improvement in Delight guest and unhappy guest percentage.  - Go the extra mile to make guests happy and give them exceptional services to make them permanent guest of OYO.  - Coordination with different department to ensure smooth function in all properties.   - Overall audit scores to improve on a monthly basis.  - Training of staff and ensure they follow standard operating procedure across all properties.  - The motivation of staff by doing monthly meeting and discuss the performance and gaps and to make action plans to achieve targets.  - Designing of essential manuals or checklist to keep track of daily operational activities.  - Inventory management of food items, linen, and other SKUs.  - Cross training of staff to optimize staff cost and to ensure that number of staff is deputed as per staffing science.  - An employee of the month to identify and rewarded to push other staff to perform well.  - Weekly meeting with GMs to take follow up on overall operations.  - Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, and Security in all properties.   - Cleanliness scores to improve on a monthly basis and raise the bar to score more in audits.  - Ensure all staff follows grooming standards all the time.  - Upkeep of properties by following Preventive Maintenance calendar and making snag and work on those points to ensure properties are running as per standard.   - Close coordination with hub GMs to ensure control OPEX (Operating Expenditure).   - Monthly review of P&L with GMs and get the action plan executed to maintain all expenses with in defined budgets.  - Helping GMs to find out local vendors to minimize cost such as laundry, maintenance etc.  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
