OYO Rooms - Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Supply Chain Planning :

- Demand planning, sharing rolling forecast with vendors, releasing purchase orders, setting up auto replenishment system, relationship management with vendors and payment processing

- Developing vendor score cards, meeting vendors to reconcile fill rate, lead time, quality and service SLAs

Warehousing & Logistics Management :

- Setting up Oyo's distribution network, coordinating vendor's delivery at site, inventory management at warehouse, 3PL management, monitoring SLAs and TATs of transporters and couriers

- Ensuring fulfilment of reorders, consumables and complimentary items and managing reverse logistics of assets

- Tracking OTIF, minimizing delays, identifying critical paths and managing it, handling production delays and project delays and providing visibility to the respective team

People Management :

- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 8-10 own and 30+ outsourced people

- Ability to interact with multiple people for multiple projects and driving transparency across supply chain

Building Capabilities :

- Setting up processes and metrics at operational levels to run warehousing and logistics efficiently

- Looking for solutions that will automate processes with the help of internal product team or evaluating tools available off the shelves in the market

- Build JIT capabilities which along with Launch team to ensure a site readiness within 7 days across India

Qualifications :

- MBA preferably from FMCG, Retail, Consumer durable or Hospitality back ground

- 1 to 3 years of core supply chain management experience for post graduates/ 3 to 5 years of core supply chain management experience for graduates

- Previous start-up experience preferred, but not mandatory

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision making

- Experience in developing and leading high performance teams
