Job Description:
- Build and execute communications strategies and initiatives to support OYO's partner- and employee-engagement efforts in India
- Develop communication strategy for partners and employees
- Support and manage the creation of press materials and partner/employee engagement programs
- Drive positive coverage across a broad range of media, including consumer, business, and advertising trade outlets
- Prepare briefing materials and manage executive spokespeople
- Support business heads for Partner & Employee verticals
- Manage cross-platform engagement for all Business/Employee-related communication
- Customize campaigns for different functional areas
- Conceptualize and design campaigns on various projects
- Create and drive engagement through communications and activities in Partner communities
- Lead region-level press events or formal announcements
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years- experience in PR, with prior experience in PR firm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and high work ethics
- Ability to multi-task and work as a self-starter
- Understand and develop project management skills
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Mass Communication Preferred
- High energy and result oriented
