Leisure Markets are different from metro cities in various aspects - from nature of supply, to motivation of hotel partners, to cyclicity of business, to expectations of demand. Therefore, starting with Goa, we are organizing leisure markets in a Leisure Market CEO led hub. Leisure Market CEO reports to the Hub Head and has complete ownership of a large region within the hub. LM CEO is responsible to build and lead a 2-4 member team to support supply development, ground operations and demand management.
What you will own and do:
- Own the SRN delivery, relationships with key hotel partners, all hotel partner initiatives to deliver maximum SRNs during peak season
- Manage complete supply portfolio of the region - drive all supply initiatives, from Buy Outs to signing up SMART properties and overseeing their operations
- Manage the levers driving online traffic and demand to hotels in your areas - from hotel content to offline partnerships which could be promoted online to drive bookings
- Own overall URN targets - online and offline channels. Build sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective
- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience
- Build a highly engaged and energetic team that strives for success, drives new experiments relevant for building leisure business
- Create new processes to improve operational efficiencies in the overall leisure hub
What the candidate must bring to this opportunity:
- Overall business understanding and analytical acumen to own supply, demand and operations - excelling within this role will prepare you to take up ownership of a hub
- Relationship development and business development skills - solid communication and negotiation skills along with strong commitment to develop enduring partnerships with hotel partners and other businesses, like events, travel agents, restaurants etc.
- Team Leader, focused on development and delivery of her/ his team with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
- Hustle and problem solving - thinking on the feat and deciding on action is a must have to manage situations on the ground
- Highest levels of integrity, data led decision making approach and a - can do- and - get things done- attitude
Eligibility criteria:
- Experience leading teams and managing projects end to end
- Demonstrated hunger for owning and delivering on critical business problems and programs
- All in all rockstar with a hunger to be on ground and build and lead a region and a significant P&L
- Knowledge of native language is mandatory
Salary offered: 7 - 11 LPA
