RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the P/L end to end for a micro market

- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team to ensure meeting of the URN targets

- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience

- Building Sustainable demand channels from a long-term perspective

- Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues

- Build a highly engaged and energetic team strive for success

- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground

- Focused and possess sales mindset

- Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring

- Ability to get things done and influence others

- Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude

- Demonstrates high ethical values

- Good understanding of the regional language (Malayalam)

- Preferably from Tier-one college (IIT, IIMs)
