Job Description :   The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is the subject matter expert on talent acquisition & sourcing for company. Responsible for developing the appropriate talent acquisition strategies, while conducting the end to-end talent acquisition process, The TAM is responsible to define profile requirements, interviewing & selection, candidate management and offers, as well as coordinating the mobilization and on-boarding process.  The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is expected to recommend the most appropriate recruitment strategy for each Recruitment project in India, providing sourcing & selection solutions: via company Careers and company candidate database, social networks & groups, advertising campaigns, employee referrals etc.  Required Skills & Experience :   - Master degree in human resources management  - A minimum of two to four years of recruiting experience with e-commerce, Payment Gateways and Digital Agencies is preferred  - Previous experience in utilizing the internet, databases, search engines and social media to source candidates
