We are building a strategic HR function and not a support function - and will be measured on the business impact it has.  - Aggressively manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offers.  - Train the line partners in how to conduct interviews and identify candidates for skill/competency and not background    - Conduct needs analysis with the line partners and prioritise critical positions, and skill sets  - Develops and oversees recruiting strategies.  - Partners with HR Ops to align compensation practices and ensure equity in hiring decisions.  - Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.  REQUIREMENTS:  - Self-starter - you will be expected to run the show on your own  - Willingness to work in a start-up environment: meaning longer hours, complex work, but way more fun and a significant boost to your career.  - Minimum 2 years- experience in IT recruitment.  - Strong understanding of hiring any of the following skills- Tech/ Product/ Mobile Apps/ Design/ Content or non-Tech roles  - Positive attitude - non-judgemental about background/education but focused on skills  - Strong networking skills in the digital space  - Sense of humour essential  WHATS IN IT FOR YOU-   If you are able to thrive in a chaotic and ambiguous environment, the paybacks are disproportionately rewarding.
