We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all aspects of Digital Marketing space, and set up the right systems and processes. This role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their financial knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business.   - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns  - Expertise in Social Media Marketing   - Oversee Social Media strategy  - Manage and maintain the website campaigns  - Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter  - Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports  - Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion  - Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website  - Fix any errors or bugs in online content  - Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management on Google & Facebook  - Write copy for email marketing campaigns & see end to end execution for mailers.  - Manage & coordinate affiliate program  Requirements :   - Handled content for various digital platforms.  - Should have strong knowledge of Google Analytics & well-equipped with excel skills.  - Experience in handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines  - Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)   - Patience Essential - Sense of Humour a Bonus!   - Minimum of 3 years work experience in Digital Marketing role  - Hungry to make a difference and succeed
