We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all aspects of Account management space, and set up the right systems and processes.  - this role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their financial knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business.   - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition   - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements   - Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives   - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams   - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships   - Working aggressively to generate monthly targets from existing clients   - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics   Requirements :   - Proven experience as key account manager   - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation   - Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)   - Patience Essential - Sense of Humour a Bonus!   - Minimum of 5 years work experience in KAM role   - Hungry to make a difference and succeed
