Reporting : Functionally - VP - HR ( Head HR )
Administratively : Plant Head
Job Description :
- Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .It is plant with 1800+ employees (direct or indirect). HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position.
- Should have experience in handling Labour/internal union, Settlement, Public Relations,Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.
- Experience in handling issues at courts and tribunals with company lawyers and representatives
- Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees
- Dealing with external stakeholders such as Govt authorities, Leaders etc.
- Should handle entire compliance/plant operations, Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.
- Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.
- Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.
- Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc
- Good Team Player and Leadership Skills, Good communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, high on relationship, and enthusiastic candidate
- Ex defense personnel with strong HR & IR and plant experience are welcome to apply
Note :
- Regional language a must.
- Full Time MBA / PGDM - HR Compulsory
- Candidates from Heavy and Large industrial set-up will be preferred.
