Job Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Shifts: 6pm - 2am (candidates has to work for 3 months in a year in this shift, it will be on rotation basis)

Job Description:

We seek an Oracle Production/Functional analyst that specializes in Oracle EBS modules like Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivables, Sub Ledger Accounting and other Oracle EBS modules to support process improvement and daily production issues for the management of Agency Admin, Financial Service Centers and Financial Accounting Business groups. The Analyst is responsible for providing user and software support in a production environment. Software support includes programs for software migration, change management, release management, scheduling, and report distribution.

Mandatory Skills / Requirement:

Mandatory Skills:

- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.

- Strong Experience in the SCM modules like INV, OM, PO, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, AOL, AR, SLA.

- Knowledge of AP, GL, FA, CM, Fusion Procurement and Fusion MDM will be a plus.

- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines

- Must be willing to work in the Night shift.

- Understanding of testing methodologies

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work closely with team members on projects

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies

- Excellent organizational skills

- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of quality

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Strong understanding and practical application of each stage in full SDLC (Requirement Gathering, Development Awareness, Testing, QA, UAT, Communication, Training, Cut Over, and Post Production Support)

- Constantly updating personal, technical and business knowledge skills

- ITIL Experience/Certification is a plus
