Position: Manager

Reporting to: Senior Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

- Institutionalize streamlined process approach within Oracle.

- Track all dashboards, weekly reports, and checklists through various tracking mechanisms further used for analysis and process improvements.

- Effectively co-ordinate with various teams to resolve and manage operation related issues.

- Work effectively with the TL to identify process improvements and to implement them.

- Manage interdepartmental activities to ensure the correct revenue is recognized within the month end deadline.

- Anticipate and prepare for change management. Provide effective leadership to the operation team, ensuring team members are motivated

- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for Oracle Corporation.

- Direct staff activities to ensure accurate processing of all revenue related activities in accordance with corporate policies and Service Legal Agreements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key players internally and in local countries.

- Act as a liaison with key personnel of the revenue cycle and local country levels to ensure business requirements are met.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 10+ Years Experience (BPO experience preferred)

Qualification:

Minimum qualification: Graduation

- Atleast 3 yrs of managerial experience

- Exposure to order management process is an advantage

- Effective communication skills

- Process management skills

- Willingness to work in shifts
