- Provide Techno-functional support to Oracle ERP applications
- Develop products (specified by a Business Systems Analyst) in response to business, financial and/or operation requirements related to data, data models, reports, views, and/or analytical applications
- Understand the functionality/enhancement/report development requirement from the business users and create appropriate functional requirement document
- Collaborate with the requestor to ensure the results are understood and the end product satisfies the needs outlined in the specification
- Conversant with all technical components - XML / BI reports , PL/SQL, Forms, Workflow, APEX
- Provide documentation consistent with company standards which allows the smooth implementation of the program, report, etc by the responsible data center staff
- Ensure products (developed, enhanced or repair) successfully run and return results
- Co-ordinate with the 3rd party developers and provide adequate guidance for on time quality delivery of development requirements
- Provide consultation for best practices in deploying of ERP Architecture with interfaces, localization and customizations
- Support development and testing of customizations and enhancements
- Ensure clear documentation of test strategy, test scenarios and test results
- Advise internal users of any upgrades or new releases, and assist with creating training materials for end-users.
Position Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Five to eight years of IT experience and a minimum of three year experience in ERP support activities such as functional support, technical support, development and consolidated reporting.
- Must be proficient in Oracle Applications ERP on various modules - P2P, OTC, Finance, Mfg
- ERP implementation experience and understanding of project management methodologies is plus
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
- Must be well-organized and very detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)and Fluent in English
- Strong relationship building and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with cross functional/cross cultural team members, project stakeholders and internal customers
- Process oriented with continuous improvement focus
