OptaCredit Fintech Pvt Ltd.  Job Role: Marketing Manager  Reporting to:  Job Purpose: Planning and executing marketing campaigns both digital (SEO and digital campaigns) and offline (conducting workshops and maintaining kiosks at the partner offices)  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  - Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organisation's website.   - Develop and implement long term SEO strategy that enables our website to be ranked highly for all key terms that target customers search for.   - Overall Digital Content Management, Web Analytics, and all Social Media Strategies & Online Outreach Programs.   - Assist the senior management in implement an integrated strategic marketing planning including online and offline marketing.  - Assist the senior management in the formulation of online and offline marketing campaigns.  - Implement and manage both online and offline campaigns. And also evaluate the success of a campaign.  - Manage and communicate the plan and budgeting with the external vendors who are dealing with marketing. Ensure expected outcomes are delivered by them on time and on a budget.  - Partner with senior executives and support staff and act as an internal consultant to select business units and provide support, and recommendations on overall marketing strategy.  - Write, edit, and distribute clear and compelling communications, including employee announcements and profiles, business success stories, Q&As, policy updates, town hall content, speeches and talking points, surveys, and other communications.  - Schedule and lead campaign performance meetings and reviews.  - Act as marketing contact for the sales team and lead regular sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions.  - Be a champion for getting the data you need to make effective marketing decisions  - Apply our marketing strategy to raise product awareness and encourage new and existing customers to buy.  - Conduct workshops explaining the product and few finance tips at the client location.  - Handling the kiosks at the client location where the employees can apply for loans and clear their queries.   - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand, marketing, communications and change management issues, trends and long-term implications for the company.
