Qualification: Post Graduate (any stream) is compulsory. (preferably from Tier I/II B-School)

Experience: 4 - 10 years

Criteria

- Any candidate from BPO/KPO/Telecom/Healthcare Industries.

- Experience in handling large scale multi location projects or operational activities

- Candidate currently in service and having no break or gap in their career graph

- Experience in managing large teams

Job Description

- To manage Health Care Operations

- To handle a team of doctors and non doctors

- To handle the escalation issues and maintain service levels

- To estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- To maintain the quality and quantity parameters inline to the business needs.

- To monitor daily operations

- Implement new process and improve client service

- Ensure service delivery as per SLAs and maintain within TAT.

This would be a team handling role. MBA Tier1/2 B schools only. Require candidates who can understand numbers well
