Operations Manager (Only Apply Shipping Candidate)  - Overall In-charge of Operations Department ensuring timely connection of containers, active tracking till the consignment reaches final destination thereby increasing Operational efficiency.  - Overall Monitoring of the Operations department.  - Ensuring compliance with set company policies and SOP's.  - Ensure all containers are lashed and secured in compliance with IMO, Local and International regulations.  - Coordinating container acceptance and loading related operations with terminals as per the guidelines of Company.  - Helping the port /terminal authorities with necessary information, resolving their queries on documents related to container dimensions and details of advanced listing.   - Ensuring overall operational costs is minimised yoy as per set KPI's.  - Formulating and organising vendor registration and agreements.  - Assisting Insurance and legal department as and when required.  - Formulate procedures and guidelines for Inland Haulage of containers.  - Developing special tariff's with terminals and port authorities.  - Preparing regular MIS reports and monitoring performance of the department.  - Ensure smooth transition and flow of information between internal departments.
