Operations Manager - eCommerce

Currently we have an urgent opening with one of our reputed client which is one the leading online ecommerce company.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.Tech + MBA from premier institutes only

Experience: 5+ years experience (2 yrs pre qualification and 3 years post qualification is also fine)

Job Description:

1. Manage the team and ensure high service delivery and execution.

2. Mentor and guide associates/managers to manage quality, improve process efficiency and drive improvements.

3. Formulate, implement and track career development plans of each member in the team.

4. Drive cross functional projects to deliver business results for the team; be part of projects involving new feature definition to improve processes.

5. Metrics Management.

Desired Profile:

1. Masters in Operations/MBA from a Premier Institute preferred; Six-Sigma certification would be a plus.

2. Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements.

3. Familiarity with retail/ecommerce operations and business processes
