- To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming enquiries.
- To act as a SPOC for receiving, capturing, disseminating, resolving and updating back on any query / request / complaint of whatsoever nature in the Centre.
- To follow up all enquiries where necessary and resolving it by interacting with concern person at HO
- To coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Accounts & Lab services to ensure all on-site camps conducted are as per protocols and share the relevant MIS with all concerned as per ops note.
- To build and execute various ops related service protocols and measure / monitor the same.
- To identify training needs, gaps for all employees and coordinate with Training function to organize the same on periodic basis-Technical Trainings
- To help regional teams on best practices sharing to improve ops excellency thru Quality, audits etc.,
- To monitor complaints dash board, implement corresponding action plans on relevant processes.
- To create and support dash boards related to costs and managing the same for Gurgaon Centre.
- Co-coordinating with Credit Cell team for timely raising of invoices to ensure timely payments
- Co-coordinating for Marketing activity with sales, corporate team for in house marketing programs
- Co-coordinating with Accounts team for conveyance of employees, payments to consultants, petty cash related, bank account related etc.,.
- Co-coordinating with Procurement team for release of PO and receipt of material.
